National Scholarship Portal (NSP) is one in all portals for providing various services related to scholarship.

OBJECTIVES OF NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP PORTAL (NSP)
The National Scholarship Portal ensure timely disbursement of Scholarships to students and
provides a common portal for various Scholarship schemes of the Central and Assam Government.
It also creates a transparent database of scholars by avoiding duplication in processing. Moreover, it allows harmonization of different Scholarship schemes & norms and the amount of scholarship can be directly transferred to student bank accounts.
WHEN TO APPLY FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP?
The application for the scholarship usually starts when a new academic session starts for the level of course or class you are attending. Since, you have to provide admission and fees receipt, you can apply only after you have taken admission in any course or class.
