CLASS 10 EXAMINATION ASSAM
Class 10 examinations in Assam are conducted by SEBA (Board of Secondary Education Assam). The books of Class 10 are provided by SCERT (State Council of Educational Research and Training, Assam) and printed by Assam State Textbook Production and Publication.

CLASS 10 SUBJECTS ASSAM
Class 10 exam or Matriculation in Assam is held for 6 subjects or 600 marks. Out of which 4 subjects are compulsory of any medium.
The Remaining 2 subjects are to be selected by the students. Out of which 1 subject is language subject called MIL (Modern Indian Language) another subject is elective
Each subject carries a mark of 100 marks and some of the subjects have practical marks also. Percentage of Class 10 exams are counted on the basis of 600 marks.
