Plot of Baandhon
Baandhon is mostly shoor in Guwahati. It tells the story of family which consist of a boy with no parents and only a grandfather and grandmother. He goes to study in Mumbai. The boy’s grandparents live in the outskirts of Guwahati. They nudges each other to get a divorce.
To get a divorce they approach their ex-tenant and a lawyer to file a divorce petition. In the climax of the file, it shows the terror attack of 26/11 of Mumbai. After that, they are not able to contact their grandson. They become helpless and with the help of their lawyer, they go to Mumbai.
My take on Baandhon
It ia great movie by Jahnu Barua. The visualization of the film is great and realistic. The role of grandfather played by Bishnu Khargharia is great. The storyline is okay.
